Delivery within the Netherlands
Orders placed before 13:00 on weekdays are typically delivered the next day, provided both the product's shipping location and order delivery address are within the Netherlands.
Once your order is scanned and on its way, you’ll receive a Track & Trace code via email from us or our shipping partner.
Shipment from our Ibiza location
In case your ordered products are shipped from Ibiza, delivery will take longer. For each product, the stock location per size is displayed on the product page underneath the "add to cart" button. You will receive an email containing the tracking code once your order has been scanned and is on its way.
Free shipping
We offer free shipping within the Netherlands for orders over €150.
International shipping
Shipping costs for international orders are calculated during the checkout process. Please note that additional charges such as duties, taxes, and fees are determined by the customs office in the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility.
Returns Policy
You can return items if:
- The return is initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- The price tag is still attached.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
Important Notes:
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item(s).
Want a different size?
- Place a new order for the correct size.
- Return the item that doesn’t fit following the instructions below.
Return Procedure
1. Log in to your account at account.rum-amsterdam.com.
2. Select the order and item(s) you want to return.
3. Provide a reason for the return and submit your request.
Once your return is approved:
- Repack the item(s) neatly in the original packaging.
- Ship your package to the address it was sent from, as shown on the original label, either:
